Our services are designed to give you the right support, the right care with the right culture. We are committed to providing tailored support for individuals in need of care and support services. With over 25 years of experience in this field, we bring a wealth of knowledge and understanding to our services. Our experienced team have worked in a variety of settings, from home care services, nursing services, day services to residential and respite care.

We support individuals of all ages with a variety of care and support needs such as:

​Live in

Providing personalised quality care 24-hour care in the comfort and security of your own home which can be either short or long-term live-in. The service is delivered by our trained live-in care and support staff who are skilled and trained to provide direct support such as, personal care, companionship, medical and health appointments, domestic tasks and social activities.

Supported living

Using our supported living model we support individuals living in their own home, alone or with peers. We understand that each person has their own individual needs, so after a personalised initial assessment based on their views, needs and preferences we are able design a support plan that offers assistance for  up to 24 hours a day.

Home Care

Care and support with a range of daily living activities in the comfort of your own home or support in the community with a minimum 4 hours visit. Our home care and support service is designed for individuals living in their own homes and in need of good quality support to remain independent.

 

Positive Behaviour Support

Our support uses the positive behaviour support (PBS) model to assist the delivery of care and support for individuals with complex health, communication needs and behaviours which challenge. The use Positive Behaviour Support model is to support improve quality of life, whilst reduce behaviour that challenging and reduce restraint.

Our ethos along with years of experience and practice with best practice in the field means we can focus on developing person-centred support that help people to live fulling. We work closely with the people we support, their families and our support teams, to ensure the training is fit for purpose and that they have the skills needed to be able to work to and deliver the strategies within the positive behaviour support plan.

 

Behind all that we do is the core belief that the needs of people come first. Having worked in social care for so many years we have witnessed the the best and worst of the industry, that is why New Leaf Care Services was born.
